You walk into the cave labled "Braeden's Cave", and find you self standing on the edge of a lake, instead of rock! 'This is no CAVE!' You think to yourself. Daring yourself to go forward some, you find yourself face to face with a fishing spear. Your eyes widen, and you freeze, so as not to put that very formidable point up your nose.
'It's quite alright, SilverWren... this person is no harm to me.' a Voice inside your head says, lazely. 'Let them come forward and meet me.'
As the point is removed from your face, your muscles relax, and you look around. Just in front of you (holding the spear in her hands as if she will stick you with it the moment you move wrong) is a very formidable lady.. er... horse... with ah.. wings. As you begin to stare at her, she glares at you, and you quickly proceed onto the sands past her.
'Ahhh... do not mind her.' The voice says in your head, 'SilverWren is just very protective of me. I'm over here by the way...' The direction in your head is soon met by a large dragon rolling over onto it's side, over to your right. 'My name is Braeden, and this is my home.' The dragon lifts his foreleg and waves it out towards the water. 'Sadly I have to share it with all of the OTHER Water creatures here in the DragonRose mountains, but thankfully this lake is large enough for all of us.' The Dragon chuckles out loud after this comment in your head. 'You see... this is just a very large valley in the DragonRose Mountains, that Shadow Rose somehow filled with water deep enough for even the deep sea dwealers. *I* personally suspect Magic... but Shadow Rose is kind to us, so I shall not raise trouble.' The Dragon then winks at you, and bares his *very* sharp teeth in a Dragonish grin. Despite the widening of your pupils at the thought of what those teeth could DO to a human arm, you smile tentativly back.
After several more history lessons from the all knowing dragon, you then decide that it would be best to leave... so as not to fall asleep, and insult the dragon!!

Personality: Braden is the typical Water Dragon. He's smart, knowledgable, and utterly boring. He can tell you everything about anything, and will continue on for days on end. He can lecture in the most boring of ways, but you tend to learn something even if you hadn't listened to a word he'd said. He also has very little common sense. He will chase after dragons covered in mud, believeing them to be some new "Mud Creature", even though everyone around him knows exactly what those Mud Creatures really are. He has fatherly ways in some things, but tends to be a very good friend, instead. He's childish in ways that a scholar would be ("Oh LOOK! BOOKS!! Just what I've always wanted!!" *runs off with books to 'play'*), but can be very serious when needed.
"Oh! And before you go, please go visit my new LifeMate, Flutterby!!! But be careful!!! She lives right on the edge of a cliff!!! Oh.. and she can be... em.. kinda ... testy sometimes. Try not to make her mad. hehe." Braeden points the entry way to her cave out as you begin to walk away. "Oh... and uhm... try not to mention the.. uhm.. water thing if you know about it. She's STILL not over that!!!" Braeden looks at you sheepishly, and you look at him in confusion (Unless you are a part of the DragonRose Club). Still unsure of what he is talking about, you decide that you may as well visit Flutterby while you are here. Maybe you can clear up what this "water thing" is, while you're at it!!
